Growing up as a competitive gymnast and later a collegiate lacrosse player, I learned early on that food is fuel. I saw firsthand how nutrition impacted my performance, energy, skin, and mood. Despite “eating healthy,” I struggled with persistent acne and irregular periods — and was often told it was normal. But deep down, I knew something felt off. Thankfully, I was raised in a household where food and wellness were prioritized, and I was lucky enough to work with a nutritional therapy practitioner as a teen. That experience planted a seed — one that grew into a lifelong passion for understanding the deeper “why” behind health.

Curiosity has always been at the heart of my journey. I earned my BSc in Biology with a concentration in molecular biology and went on to receive my MSc in Nutrition and Metabolism from the Boston University Chobanian & Avedisian School of Medicine. There, I spent two years immersed in the science of metabolic health and chronic disease, and completed a yearlong thesis on the association between diet and non-alcoholic fatty liver disease. The biggest takeaway? Nutrition is medicine. It plays a profound role in preventing disease and optimizing how we feel each day.

While I loved research, I realized I wanted to bring what I learned directly to people — to make science personal, actionable, and empowering. That’s why I created a space where evidence-based nutrition meets deep listening, compassion, and care.

I’m a former D1 lacrosse player and have spent the last 6+ years coaching lacrosse and working with athletes both on the field and in an athletic performance gym. I’m also a proud bulldog mom of two and love hiking, reading, walking, and any kind of adventure. I pour my heart into everything I do, give 110%, and am always learning — because I believe my clients deserve the best care and the most up-to-date tools.
